Edward L. Flaherty, III, Principal / Marketing Director
Ed oversees the development of all marketing strategies and plans, ensuring a sound foundation for the creative work. He honed his marketing expertise at several large Pittsburgh agencies, including Ketchum and HBM/Creamer (Della Femina McNamee), where he developed marketing strategies for new product launches, brand positioning, packaging and advertising in the U.S. and Europe. A graduate of Villanova University, Ed's work has earned many awards, including Effies, ADDYs, Best Teller Awards and Tellys. While dedicated to his career, Ed still finds time for golfing, boating and hitting the open road on his Harley Softail.

Rege Sabol, Principal / Director of Integrated Marketing
Charged with strategically integrating all practice areas within the agency, Rege ensures that every client project is on strategy and can produce measurable results. Before forming his own agency, he worked at HBM/Creamer, rising to vice president and creative director. On the client side, he was corporate creative director at G. Heileman Brewing Company in Chicago, with responsibility for all creative, brand design and production work. His work has been honored with many awards, including ADDYs, Tellys and OBIEs. When he's not at the office, he likes to head to the links for a little R&R.
